One of the most popular writers in the world in the 1920s and 30s, and he's almost obscure now. Makes you think what will happen to today's authors down the line...

  1. He has a novella called "The Royal Game" that still holds up. It's hard to describe, but it's about war heroes, the thin line between sanity and psychosis, and chess. Very good and fairly short, the kind of thing you can easily knock off in an evening.
