Other than her induction into the Jewish Hall of Fame, what other evidence is there of her ethnicity? Is she Jewish on her mother's or father's side? (Lysenko is quite a Ukrainian last name, but who knows, really...)
Also, why is she not "Borderline"? Does she publicly self-identify?
Yes, our rule for those with one Jewish parent is Borderline, unless there is a specific statement of self-identification... Or clear indication of practicing another religion.

Nothing about self identification. Guess is father us Ukrainian, mother is Jewish.
